1. Who we are

Bond & Learn AI ("we", "us") operates the Bond & Learn AI platform — an AI-driven educational app for students. Our data infrastructure is hosted in the EU (Supabase, Zurich region) and we deploy on Google Cloud Run (europe-west6).

2. What we collect

• Account data: email address, display name, grade level, interests.
• Usage data: learning sessions, quiz scores, AI interactions (used only to improve personalisation).
• Profile data you provide: subjects, availability, study preferences.

3. How we use your data

• To power AI personalisation (matching, coaching, content generation via Gemini).
• To match you with compatible study partners.
• To track your learning progress and send spaced-repetition reminders.

4. Children's privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K)

We serve students aged 12 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without verified parental consent. Parents may request deletion of their child's data at any time by emailing privacy@bondandlearnai.com.

5. Data retention & deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion.

6. Third parties

We use Google Gemini (AI generation), Supabase (database), Vercel / Google Cloud Run (hosting), and LiveKit (voice). We do not sell your data to any third party.
